Fran,

 

My wife and I are now in our house almost two years and are very happy.

If you remember, we first met you approximately 14 years ago when we were looking for

our first home. At that time, we knew nothing about Manalapan, New Jersey. You

showed us around and with your knowledge of real estate and the surrounding

areas and real estate market, we found our home for a great price. We lived there

for 12 years and ended up practically doubling our investment! Well, two years ago,

it was time to move again. I was shocked on how painless you made the process. You

sold our town home in thirty days for only $8,000.00 under our list price.

 

Well, just wanted to say thanks, and hope that others have the same great

experience as we did. You actually made it a fun experience!

Relocating from another state is never easy, but you truly made it much easier then we had expected.

Your patience over the 4 months we worked together was immeasurable. You treated us like family...never showed us

anything we couldn't financially handle and for that , we are so appreciative.

 

Additionally, the mortgage Broker and RE Lawyer you put us in touch with were top notch. What an incredible team

you all made from start to finish.

 

We are settling in nicely. This house is quikly becoming our home.The kids couldn't be happier in ournew community.

They've made tons of friends and they are thriving in school.This is so perfect for us.

I have known Fran Krumholz about 15 years.l was introduced to her through a family member who also used Fran in the purchase

of their home.Since then, I have called Fran on so many numerous occasions in regards to buying and selling 4 different

homes. We went from very large homes to downsizing to smaller homes and then back to something larger again. She always

guided us in the right direction as to what we should listed our homes for and what we were going to end up with.

 

We are presently selling again and as usual, she offered us her professional knowledge as to where we stand with this sale

and the future purchase. She has always taken the time to come to our rescue with so many problems.

l have come to consider her not only my realtor but a good friend who never hesitates to just give us a call

Dear Fran,

As I sit in my lovely new home, I remember how very long and hard the road was to finally get here.

If it was not for you, it would never have happened. We were trying to sell our beautiful colonial home in Freehold

in a time that there were so just too many houses for sale and no one was buying. We had already purchased in an Adult Community

and were close to losing the new house and all the monies we had already invested.

We were despondent. You never gave up and always gave us hope.

Week after week you sat in our home for an open house and one day a miracle did happen, a young family of four fell in love with

our home. You also did the impossible and got us an extension on our new purchase, even though you were not receiving a

financial compensation for all the time and effort you put into our new purchase. You did this because you are a special person

and an fabulous real estate agent. We will always be eternally grateful for your diligence and your support.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Fran B.

Krumholz-Bookman. My husband and I started working

with Fran in March of 2009. We had to put our

house at 24 Bloomfield, Manalapan NJ. up for sale

due to a job loss and the declining economy; this

was a very difficult time for us. We were so

grateful that Fran, who came highly recommended,

was the real estate agent we chose.

Fran was there for us every step of the way. She

kept in constant contact with us, apprising us of

all developments; throughout the entire process.

If Fran was not available when we called her, she

always returned our phone calls promptly.

Fran used many different resources to market our

house. She was always professional, reliable, and

understanding. Her good sense of humor and warmth

helped us get through this difficult time. I hope

Fran knows how much we appreciated her support in

getting us through this.

We closed on our house in August of 2009. Although

we had to say goodbye to our house, we gained a

friend. To this day we still talk to Fran. I

would recommend Fran's services to anyone.
